Parcels remain available for collection from the locker for 48 hours.

Local pickup

You may collect your order from our premises free of charge.

Your order must be paid in full before collection, as payment on pickup is not available.

Please note that trying on products at our premises is not possible.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA & Canada: 2–5 business days

• Rest of the world: 3–10 business days

Shipping costs:

• Non-EU Europe: €25
