Delivery with Speedex

Orders within Greece are delivered by our partner courier company, Speedex.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

Shipping cost: €4, regardless of the size of your order.

Delivery with Box Now

You can collect your order from a Box Now locker of your choice, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Shipping cost: €2.50, regardless of the size of your order.

Your parcel will remain available for collection from the locker for 48 hours after delivery.

Pickup from our premises

You can collect your order from the Philio premises free of charge, after receiving confirmation that it is ready for pickup.

Your order must be paid in full before collection, as payment at our premises is not available.

Our premises do not operate as a retail store, and product fittings are not available.

International shipping

1. DHL Express

Estimated delivery time:

• Europe: 1–5 business days

• United States and Canada: 2–5 business days

• Rest of the world: 3–10 business days

Shipping cost:

• European Union: €19

• Europe outside the European Union: €25

• United States and Canada: €31

• Rest of the world: €35

2. Box Now

Estimated delivery time:

• Cyprus and Bulgaria: 3 business days

• France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain: 7 business days

Shipping cost:

• Cyprus and Bulgaria: €10

• France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain: €15

Customs duties and import charges

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties or import charges. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs.

Any additional charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is made directly to the relevant authority or shipping carrier.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
