Shipping within Greece

Estimated delivery times are counted from the day your order is shipped and do not include order preparation time.

Shipping with Speedex
Orders within Greece are delivered by our courier partner Speedex.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days.
Shipping cost: €4, regardless of order size.

Shipping with Box Now
You can collect your order from a Box Now locker of your choice, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days.
Shipping cost: €2.50, regardless of order size.
Your parcel stays available for collection from the locker for 48 hours after delivery.

Pick-up from our base
You can collect your order from the Philio base at no extra charge, once you have been notified that it is ready for collection.

Pick-up days and hours: Monday to Friday, 13:00–17:00
If these hours do not suit you, pick-up can be arranged by appointment by calling 693 714 9673.
Your order must be paid in full before pick-up, as payment on site is not possible.
Our base is not a retail store, and it is not possible to try on or test products there.

International shipping

Estimated delivery times are counted from the day your order is shipped.

1. DHL Express
Estimated delivery time:
- Europe (including the United Kingdom): 1–5 working days
- Americas and Canada (including the USA): 2–5 working days
- Rest of the world: 3–10 working days
Shipping cost:
- European Union: €19
- Europe outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom): €25
- Americas and Canada (including the USA): €31
- Rest of the world: €35

2. Box Now
Estimated delivery time:
- Cyprus and Bulgaria: 3 working days
- France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain: 7 working days
Shipping cost:
- Cyprus and Bulgaria: €10
- France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain: €15

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, such as the USA and the United Kingdom, may be subject to taxes, import duties or customs clearance fees. These are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
Any additional charges are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient, directly to the relevant authority or to the carrier.
Delivery times may be affected by customs inspection procedures, which are beyond our control.
