Payment methods

PAYMENT BY CARD
You can pay for your order using any debit, credit, or prepaid card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners).
Card transactions are processed through the secure environment of Viva Wallet.
Installment payment is not supported.
GOOGLE PAY / APPLE PAY
You can pay for your order via Google Pay or Apple Pay. On the order payment page, select Viva Wallet Payments, and the corresponding option will appear.
PAYPAL
You can complete your payment by paying the total amount of your order via PayPal.
Your payment is protected by PayPal’s security systems, ensuring a completely safe transaction environment.
IRIS PAYMENTS
You may pay for your order via IRIS. On the order payment page, select Viva Wallet Payments, and then choose the IRIS option.
Once selected, you will be redirected to your bank’s e-banking system to complete the transfer.
BANK DEPOSIT
You may pay for your order via bank deposit. On the order payment page, select Viva Wallet Payments, and then choose the “Bank Deposit” option.
You will then be redirected to your bank’s e-banking system. Log in to your e-banking, choose “Payments,” select viva.com, and enter the payment code and the amount displayed on your order page.
VIVA ACCOUNT
You can pay for your order through your Viva account. On the order payment page, select Viva Wallet Payments, and choose the Viva Account option.
You will then be prompted to sign in to your Viva account to complete the transaction.
PAYMENT AT A VIVA SERVICE POINT
You can pay for your order at any Viva service point. On the order payment page, select Viva Wallet Payments, and choose “Payment at Service Point.”
A payment code will be displayed along with the available service point locations where you can complete your payment.
