Payment methods

At Philio, you can pay for your order securely using the payment method that is most convenient for you.

To pay by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, IRIS, e-banking, Viva.com Wallet or cash at an Otro Pay service point, select “Viva Wallet Payments” on the order payment page. You will then be redirected to Viva.com’s secure payment environment, where the available payment methods will be displayed.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country, device, browser and account.

1. Payment by card

You can pay for your order using a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or Diners/Discover debit, credit or prepaid card.

Card transactions are processed through Viva.com’s secure payment environment. Your card details are neither collected nor stored by Philio.

Payment by instalments is not currently available.

2. Google Pay and Apple Pay

You can pay for your order using Google Pay or Apple Pay, provided that the relevant service is supported by your device, browser and account.

On the payment page, select “Viva Wallet Payments” and then choose Google Pay or Apple Pay.

3. PayPal

You can pay for your order through PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure environment, where you can sign in to your account and confirm the payment.

4. IRIS

You can pay directly through your bank’s e-banking service without entering any card details.

On the payment page, select “Viva Wallet Payments” and then choose IRIS. Select your bank, sign in securely through your bank’s environment and approve the payment.

IRIS is available to customers in Greece who have an e-banking account with a bank that supports the service. Payment confirmation may take a few minutes.

5. Payment through e-banking (DIAS)

You can pay for your order through e-banking using the unique payment code generated for your order.

On the payment page, select “Viva Wallet Payments” and then “e-banking (DIAS)”. Sign in to your bank’s e-banking service, go to Payments, select “Viva.com” and enter the payment code and exact amount displayed on the order payment page.

Your order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed.

6. Viva.com Wallet

If you have a personal Viva.com Wallet account, you can use it to pay for your order.

On the payment page, select “Viva Wallet Payments” and then “Viva.com Wallet”. Sign in to your account and confirm the payment.

7. Cash payment at an Otro Pay service point

You can pay for your order in cash at a participating Otro Pay service point, formerly known as Viva Spot.

On the payment page, select “Viva Wallet Payments” and then choose the cash payment option. A unique payment code and the available service points will be displayed.

Your order will be processed once the payment has been completed and confirmed.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is not available. All orders, including orders collected from our premises, must be paid in full before collection or dispatch.
